Every order is made specifically for you once it's placed. By producing each item on demand, we're able to reduce waste and focus on quality rather than excess inventory.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, we'll work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for a promotional shipping offer.

United States

  • Free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more (when applicable).

  • Standard shipping rates apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.

Canada

  • Flat-rate shipping is available to customers across Canada.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been produced, estimated delivery times are generally:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Rake City is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier and do everything we reasonably can to help resolve the issue.
